The position is time-limited (about 6 weeks, with possible extension) and requires strong communication, multitasking, and a service-driven

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of hospitality experience.
• Strong communication skills across verbal, written, phone, text, and social media.
• Able to manage guest requests with a service-first mindset.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Word/Outlook/Excel).
• Resourceful, organized, and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for members and guests with a welcoming demeanor.
• Assist with dining reservations and seating, promote amenities and events.
• Coordinate member communications and engagement initiatives.
• Manage requests from start to finish and respond to concerns professionally.
• Maintain a professional club environment and adapt to evolving needs.
