Qualifications

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Positive phone demeanor and listing skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Outlook, Excel)
• Adaptable to new technology and team environment

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for members and guests, delivering warm welcomes and proactive relationship-building
• Assist with dining reservations and seating; promote club amenities and events
• Coordinate member communications and engagement initiatives; manage requests end-to-end
• Maintain a professional and welcoming club environment and uphold standards and policies
