Qualifications

• Some college preferred
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the hospitality business or a similar role
• Service-oriented mindset and be capable of making every guest feel valued
• Strong communication skills: verbal, written, phone, text, and social media communications
• Work well under pressure, coordinating multiple tasks at any given time
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Positive phone demeanor
• Exceptional listing skills
• Competent working with Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Outlook, and Excel
• Adaptable to new technology

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for members and guests, delivering exceptional service through warm welcomes and proactive relationship-building
• Assist with dining reservations and seating, promote club amenities, services, and events, and coordinate member communications and engagement initiatives
• Manage member requests from start to finish and create memorable experiences that enhance member satisfaction and loyalty
• Maintain a professional, welcoming club environment, uphold company standards and policies, respond effectively to member concerns using service recovery procedures
