Under this partnership, University Temporary Services (UTS) provides exclusive temporary staffing services to UNC-Chapel Hill and NC State, employing candidates to work as temporary employees in a variety of jobs on both campuses.
Working at one of these prestigious universities provides employees with the opportunity to gain valuable on‑campus experience and references while acquiring and refining skills needed for a successful career. Positions vary in length from several days to several months and we offer part‑time and full‑time schedules.
Serve as the primary point of contact for members and guests, delivering exceptional service through warm welcomes, personalized interactions, and proactive relationship‑building. Assist with dining reservations and seating, promote club amenities, services, and events, and coordinate member communications and engagement initiatives. Manage member requests from start to finish and create memorable experiences that enhance member satisfaction and loyalty. Maintain a professional, welcoming club environment, uphold company standards and policies, respond effectively to member concerns using service recovery procedures, and remain adaptable to meet the evolving needs of members, guests, and club operations.
