Asset Living is seeking a Temporary Maintenance Technician for the College Station, TX area. The role covers maintenance, preventative tasks, and make-ready functions under supervision, with on-call responsibilities and a focus on safety and compliance.

The position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA. Compensation includes a benefits package and opportunity to join a growing team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Basic computer skills to operate on-site software.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsabilités

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders for community areas in a timely manner.
• Perform pool maintenance and maintain chemical logs.
• Maintain preventative maintenance programs to extend property life.
• Assist Maintenance Supervisor with safety programs and training.
• Participate in unit inspections as requested.
