Asset Living in Texas seeks a Maintenance Technician to support maintenance processes, including corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic tasks under supervision. You will help with make-ready activities and ensure safety and compliance across the community.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or Equivalent, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA. On-call emergencies and onsite operations are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.

Responsabilités

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders for community common areas, buildings, and units in a timely manner.
• Assist with scheduling and performance of maintenance/repair-related turn events.
• Perform daily cleanup of the exterior of the community, including grounds and common areas.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program to extend the life of the community.
• Report observed violations of community rules to the Maintenance Supervisor and/or Community Manager.
• Participate in on-call emergency at the community.
