Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Turn Help for a temporary maintenance role in Iowa City. The position focuses on performing maintenance tasks across grounds, common areas, and units, while ensuring safety standards and timely service to residents.

You will work under the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager, assisting in make-ready tasks, pool upkeep, and routine inspections as part of a dynamic team at Asset Living.

Qualifications

• Ability to operate onsite property management software.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Carry out maintenance processes including corrective, preventative, routine and cosmetic tasks.
• Maintain grounds, units, and common areas.
• Respond to resident requests and work orders promptly.
• Perform daily cleaning and make-ready tasks as needed.
• Maintain preventive maintenance program to extend property life.
