Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Turn Help / Maintenance support to perform on-site maintenance tasks across our communities. The role involves cleaning, grounds care, make-ready units, and responding to resident requests under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

The position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s preferred or 2 years in housing). Basic computer skills and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred or 2 years in housing industry.
• Ability to understand and perform all onsite software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Community Maintenance: perform cleaning, grounds upkeep, make-ready units and common areas.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
• Maintain a preventative maintenance approach and ensure safety standards are followed.
• Assist in daily upkeep of exterior areas, including pools and common spaces.
• Support the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager as needed.
