Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Temporary Maintenance Technician to support property maintenance across a diverse portfolio. You will assist in corrective, preventive, routine, emergency, and cosmetic tasks under supervision, help with make-ready processes, and ensure safety standards are followed.

Key duties include on-site maintenance, quick response to work orders, pool upkeep with logs, daily inspections for hazards, and collaboration with the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform community maintenance tasks and respond to work orders.
• Assist with make-ready procedures and turnover events.
• Maintain pool hygiene and chemical logs.
• Inspect grounds and buildings for hazards.
• Maintain preventative maintenance and safety programs.
• Report violations to supervisor.
• Provide on-call emergency support.
