Job summary

Brobston Group is seeking a Boutique Assistant to support a luxury client experience and help maintain an exceptional boutique environment. This long-term temporary role partners with boutique management and sales associates on hospitality, client services, and daily boutique operations.

You will welcome clients, assist with appointment preparation, product presentation, and gift wrapping, while supporting traffic, inquiries, and service requests.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality is preferred.
• Excellent computer skills and MS Office experience are required; SAP knowledge is preferred.
• Strong organization, communication, attention to detail, and client service skills.
• Availability to work retail hours, including weekends, and travel for training as needed; ability to meet the role's physical demands, including prolonged standing and lifting up to approximately 45 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and support appointment preparation, client entertainment, product presentation, sales finalization, and gift wrapping.
• Support boutique traffic, appointment booking, phone inquiries, and client service requests.
• Maintain hospitality and client service areas, replenish supplies, and assist with boutique opening and closing.
• Follow security and operational procedures and contribute to a collaborative, professional boutique environment.
