Job summary

Brobston Group seeks a Boutique Assistant to ensure a seamless, memorable client experience in a luxury boutique. The role blends client hospitality with front-of-house and back-of-house support to maintain an inviting, well-organized environment.

Responsibilities include welcoming clients, assisting with appointments and product presentation, and supporting sales finalization and gift wrapping, while upholding Cartier service and visual standards.

Qualifications

• Previous luxury retail, service, or hospitality experience is a plus.
• Proficient with MS Office; SAP knowledge is a plus.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal communication, and client service skills with careful attention to detail.
• Availability to work retail hours, including weekends, and travel for training as needed.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, frequently bend or kneel, climb stairs, and move items weighing up to approximately 45 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients, support appointments and traffic flow, and assist with product presentation, sales finalization, and gift wrapping.
• Maintain hospitality and client service areas, replenish supplies, and help with reservations, phone inquiries, and quick service requests.
• Support boutique opening and closing, operational procedures, stock maintenance, and special projects.
• Work collaboratively with boutique colleagues to uphold Cartier service and visual standards.
