Brobston Group, a luxury boutique, seeks a Seasonal Sales Support Associate to provide clerical and operational assistance in a high-end retail environment. This temporary role supports the sales team and helps maintain a welcoming client experience.

Responsibilities include greeting clients, assisting with gift wrapping, stocking, and after-sales activities, as well as answering phones and maintaining client records on site.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

• Ability to lift 0-25 pounds and work in person at the designated location.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients, answer questions, and assist with gift wrapping and packaging.
• Support sales activities by hanging, retrieving, and returning merchandise and preparing stockroom items.
• Keep the workstation and selling floor organized, stocked, and aligned with merchandise standards.
• Assist with client service, concierge, greeter, and after-sales activities, including logging repairs and maintaining client records.
• Answer phones promptly and provide friendly customer service.
