Job summary

The Boutique Assistant at Brobston Group supports the client experience strategy and helps deliver exceptional hospitality in a luxury boutique. This temporary role assists with front-of-house and back-of-house activities while maintaining a welcoming, organized environment.

Responsibilities include preparing appointments, assisting with client entertainment and product presentation, and managing boutique traffic. Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 45 pounds, and work weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality.
• Excellent computer skills and MS Office experience are required; SAP knowledge is preferred.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal communication, client service, and multitasking skills.
• Availability to work retail hours, including weekends, and travel for training as needed.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, bend and kneel frequently, and lift or move items up to approximately 45 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Prepare appointments, assist with client entertainment and product presentation, support sales finalization, and manage boutique traffic and appointments.
• Maintain hospitality and client service areas, replenish supplies, organize storage, and support visual standards.
• Assist with phone inquiries, appointment setting, quick service requests, boutique opening and closing, and non-sellable stock maintenance.
• Follow security and operational procedures and contribute to a collaborative boutique environment.
