Job summary

Qualifications

Previous luxury retail, service, or hospitality experience is a plus.
Strong computer skills and MS Office experience; SAP knowledge is preferred.
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
Availability to work retail hours, including weekends, and ability to meet the physical demands of the role.

Responsibilities

Welcome clients and assist with appointment preparation, product presentation, sales support, gift wrapping, and hospitality.
Support boutique traffic flow, appointment scheduling, phone inquiries, and client service requests.
Maintain visual standards, organize and replenish supplies, and assist with opening and closing duties.
Follow security and operational procedures and collaborate with the boutique team on daily tasks and special projects.
