Job summary

Brobston Group operates a luxury boutique in New York and seeks a Boutique Assistant to deliver a memorable client experience. You will partner with boutique management and sales staff on hospitality, client services, and daily operations.

The role includes welcoming clients, preparing appointments, presenting products, gift wrapping, and managing queue and phone duties. You will maintain service areas and assist with opening/closing procedures, while upholding standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office; SAP knowledge is a plus.
• Strong organization, communication, attention to detail, and client service skills.
• Ability to work retail hours, including weekends.
• Ability to stand and lift items up to 45 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and assist with appointment preparation, product presentation, gift wrapping, and other client care.
• Support boutique traffic, appointment booking, queue management, phone duties, and quick service requests.
• Maintain hospitality and client service areas, replenish supplies, and help with boutique opening and closing.
• Follow security and operational procedures and collaborate with boutique colleagues to uphold service standards.
