Job summary

Brobston Group is seeking a Boutique Assistant for a temporary role in a luxury retail environment. You will support client appointments, boutique operations, and provide a welcoming atmosphere to enhance the customer experience.

The role requires prior luxury retail, service, or hospitality experience, strong computer skills (MS Office), and SAP knowledge. Candidates should be organized, detail-oriented, and able to work weekends and travel for training as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality is preferred.
• Strong computer skills and MS Office experience are required; SAP knowledge and additional languages are preferred.
• Excellent organization, communication, attention to detail, and client service skills; able to collaborate in a fast-paced environment.
• Available to work retail hours, including weekends, and travel for training as needed.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods, frequently bend or kneel, climb stairs, work in compact spaces, and safely lift or move items up to approximately 45 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and support their journey through appointment preparation, product presentation, sales finalization, and hospitality services.
• Assist with appointment bookings, queue and traffic flow, phone inquiries, and client service requests.
• Maintain client service areas, visual standards, supplies, and organized storage; assist with opening and closing duties.
• Follow security and operational procedures and collaborate with boutique colleagues on daily needs and special projects.
