Brobston Group is seeking a Boutique Assistant to support Sales Associates and Reception, ensuring a seamless, luxury client experience and smooth daily boutique operations in Chicago.

The role reports to the Sales Manager and involves merchandise handling, boutique maintenance, and participation in the Service Excellence Ceremony, with a focus on client satisfaction and flawless store presentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• At least two years of experience in a fast-paced luxury environment preferred.
• Strong organization, multitasking, computer, communication, and verbal skills.
• SAP familiarity and fluency in multiple languages are beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Replenish selling floor supplies and accurately backfill point-of-sale stations and desks.
• Support boutique opening and closing, including jewelry setup, pulling, and backstock maintenance.
• Maintain merchandise in proper condition in partnership with management and boutique administrators.
• Greet clients, assist with Reception duties, and follow client experience protocols and the Service Charter.
