Qualifications

• Previous luxury retail, service, or hospitality experience is a plus.
• Excellent computer skills and MS Office experience are required.
• SAP knowledge and additional language skills are preferred.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, communication, and client service skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clients, prepare appointments, support product presentation, and help manage boutique traffic and appointments.
• Maintain hospitality and client service areas, replenish supplies, and assist with client requests and personalization services.
• Support phone duties, opening and closing activities, stock maintenance, and special projects.
• Follow security and operational procedures and contribute to a collaborative, professional boutique environment.
