Job summary

Hong Kong Housing Society is seeking a professional for a 9-11 months contract to support post-handover processes for residential flats. You will perform pre-handover defects checks and coordinate defect rectification with owners and vendors.

You will handle customer enquiries and complaints promptly and professionally, assist in sales operations, and provide logistics, administrative and clerical support as required. Weekend hours may be required.

Qualifications

• Diploma holder or above.
• Experience in customer services and handling enquiries.
• Experience handover of large-scale residential properties is a definite advantage.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-handover defects checking of all newly built flats and handover to owners; coordinate defect rectification works.
• Handle customer enquiries and complaints promptly, courteously and professionally.
• Assist in managing sales arrangement and operation.
• Perform logistics, administrative and clerical support duties.
• Undertake any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
