Job summary

Hong Kong Housing Society invites applications for a Temporary Customer Services Officer (3 months). You will provide value-added property management services and maintain excellent relations with tenants and owners, handling general enquiries and complaints with timely follow-up, and supporting daily operations of the estate office.

The ideal candidate has HKCEE/DSE passes including English and Chinese, 1–2 years of customer service experience in property management, and strong communication

Qualifications

• 5 passes in HKCEE/DSE including English and Chinese Language
• Minimum 1-2 years of customer service experience in the property management industry
• Good service concept, strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic PC knowledge including Word Processing
• Good communication, and interpersonal skills
• Mature, service-oriented and attentive to details

Responsibilities

• Provide value-added property management services and maintain tenant/owner relations
• Handle general enquiries and complaints with follow-up actions
• Support daily operation of estate office
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
