Job summary

Hong Kong Housing Society is seeking a Customer Services Officer to support operation and property handover processes. You will perform defects checks on new flats and monitor rectification works to safeguard HKHS interests.

Responsibilities include handling customer enquiries and complaints, coordinating handover planning with various teams, and providing logistics and clerical support. A diploma or higher with two years of relevant experience is required, along with good English and Chinese

Qualifications

• Diploma holder or above with a minimum of two years of relevant experience in property takeover, handover and customer service.
• Experience in the handover of large-scale residential properties is an advantage.
• Dedicated to work, good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
• Proficient PC skills in MS Office and Chinese word processing.

Responsibilities

• Perform defects checking for flat takeover and handover work of all newly built units.
• Monitor all defect rectification works are conducted on time, and ensure the company’s interest is protected at all times.
• Handle and follow up on customer enquiries and complaints, to ensure that all customers are well served promptly, courteously and professionally.
• Work with the various team in planning and implementing the handover of the new developments.
• Perform logistics, administrative and clerical support duties.
• Assist in managing sales arrangement and operation.
• Undertake any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
