Job summary

Hong Kong Housing Society (HKHS) is seeking a Customer Services Officer (Applications) to support vetting, interviews, and case reporting. You will prepare logistics, assess eligibility, and craft concise reports in a timely manner.

The role requires at least 1 year in customer service or related property experience, plus strong communication and PC skills in Word and PowerPoint. You will interact with applicants, explain complex procedures, and help ensure accurate, compliant outcomes.

Qualifications

• Matriculated OR 5 subjects Level 3 in HKDSEE including English and Chinese or above with at least 1 year customer services or property experience.
• Mature, service-oriented and attentive to details.
• Good communication with strong interpersonal skills.
• Good PC knowledge in Word Processing and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Carry out preparation and logistic work before commencement of vetting and prepare relevant reports to senior.
• Carry out interviews to assess eligibility and vet documents per criteria and schedule.
• Recommend cases and prepare concise reports with supporting documents in logical order.
• Ensure applicants understand declaration statements and assist with statutory declarations.
• Brief applicants on housing/loan/subsidy schemes and highlight important information.
• Recommend suitability by preparing Letters of Satisfaction for approval.
