SOL Mental Health is recruiting a Care Team Member (Temporary) to greet patients, verify insurance, and support scheduling and billing processes at our Denver location. This role drives smooth patient flow and engages with a diverse patient population in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

As part of the care team, you will collaborate with clinicians and administrative staff, maintain accurate records in the EHR, and assist with follow-up and patient engagement activities.

Formación

• Experience in physician practice or healthcare services with insurance knowledge (e.g., group health, HMO, PPO).
• High level of professionalism in all communications.
• Ability to manage difficult situations and de-escalate issues.
• Ability to interact and work with a diverse population.

• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to learn clinic systems.
• Ability to interpret, adapt and apply guidelines and procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Greet patients and provide exceptional customer service.
• Manage patient check-in, intake documentation, insurance verification, copay collection, and balances.
• Coordinate scheduling and document activities in the EHR.
• Support patient engagement through care journey, including follow-up and reactivation.
• Triage and elevate patient concerns to clinical leadership.
• Partner with clinical teams for efficient patient flow.
• Maintain accurate patient, scheduling, billing, and charge capture data in systems.
• Build strong relationships with patients, families, and referral sources.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, CMS, OSHA, and regulations.
• Represent SOL professionally and contribute to team culture.
• Meet productivity and performance goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
