Columbia Mental Health is seeking a Patient Care and Site Coordinator (Front Office Medical Receptionist) to be the first friendly face for clients entering care. You will manage check-in, scheduling, insurance processes, and front-desk operations in a welcoming clinic atmosphere.

The role offers opportunities to grow within Transformations Care Network and may include training in Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) as part of clinical support.

Qualifications

• Experience in medical office settings and familiarity with EMR systems.
• Effective communication skills and a client-focused approach in a fast-paced environment.
• CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Greet and check clients in, ensuring a friendly, professional experience.
• Handle phone calls and maintain effective communication.
• Manage insurance processes with attention to detail for smooth client flow.
• Provide administrative support, including scheduling and record upkeep.
• Maintain a clean, inviting clinic atmosphere.
• Support telehealth services and adapt to digital healthcare delivery.
• Collaborate with team to foster a culture of excellence.
• Assist with training team members and potentially learn TMS procedures.
• Maintain professional demeanor and support overall client care.
