Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Active healthcare provider certification in WA State (MA, CNA, EMT, etc.).
• Detail-oriented with strong time management and organizational skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor when interfacing with patients and teammates.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; team-oriented under stress.
• Computer proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft applications.
• Strong phone skills and multi-line systems.
• Maintain patient confidentiality per HIPAA.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls professionally and manage voicemails.
• Assist patients with telehealth applications and patient portals.
• Process prior authorizations for medications.
• Support providers with administrative duties and documentation.
• Answer general questions about the practice and services.
• Coordinate care between patients and providers.
• Schedule appointments and manage patient financial information.
• Document in EMR accurately and timely.
• Provide onboarding and training support for new staff.
