Qualifications

• Active WA State healthcare provider certification (MA/CNA/EMT, etc.)
• Detail-oriented with strong time management skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor with patients in a mental health setting
• Excellent written and verbal communication; teamwork under stress
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Strong phone skills with multi-line systems
• Maintain patient confidentiality under HIPAA requirements
• CPR certification or willingness to become certified within six months of hire

Responsibilities

• Answer calls professionally and respond to voicemails promptly.
• Guide patients through troubleshooting company technology and telehealth apps.
• Process medication prior authorizations.
• Support providers with administrative duties and paperwork.
• Answer general questions about the practice and services.
• Collaborate with team to resolve patient issues in a timely manner.
• Coordinate care between patients and providers.
