Lightheart Mental Health is seeking a Clinic Care Coordinator to join our administrative support team. You will handle calls, guide patients through telehealth tools, process prior authorizations, and assist with documentation while protecting patient information.

The role requires strong communication, empathy, and teamwork in a fast-paced mental health setting. Prior experience in medical offices or call centers is preferred, with a compassionate, patient-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Ability to interface effectively with patients and teammates in a mental health setting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; works well under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls professionally, manage voicemails, and use tech to communicate with patients.
• Guide patients through telehealth tools and patient portals.
• Process medication prior authorizations as needed.
• Support providers with documentation and required paperwork.
• Coordinate care between patients and providers and manage scheduling.
• Maintain HIPAA standards and protect patient information.
