Qualifications

• Ability to maintain professional appearance and demeanor in a mental health setting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls professionally and manage voicemails promptly.
• Guide patients through troubleshooting telehealth applications and portals.
• Process medication prior authorizations.
• Support providers with administrative duties and paperwork.
• Schedule appointments and manage patient waitlists.
• Document in the EMR accurately and timely.
• Coordinate care between patients and providers.
• Maintain patient financial information and insurance updates when requested.
• Complete required forms and regulatory paperwork.
