Lightheart Mental Health, part of Transformations Care Network, seeks a Clinic Care Coordinator to join our administrative support team in Seattle. You will provide exceptional customer service, guide patients through telehealth tech, coordinate care between patients and providers, and manage scheduling while protecting patient information under HIPAA.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to protect patient information and maintain confidentiality.
• Familiarity with EMR systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls professionally and respond to voicemails promptly.
• Guide patients through telehealth tech and patient portals.
• Process medication prior authorizations.
• Support providers with admin tasks and paperwork.
• Coordinate care between patients and providers.
• Schedule appointments and relay financial information.
• Complete documentation in the EMR accurately and timely.
• Train new team members as needed.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and maintain confidentiality.
