Qualifications
- Proficiency with Windows, macOS and iOS hardware and software.
- Strong customer service orientation for faculty, staff, and students.
- Experience with deployment and configuration tools for large-scale device rollouts.
- Basic understanding of generative AI tools and enterprise productivity suites.
Responsibilities
- Deploy and configure Windows and macOS devices across campus.
- Provide Tier 1 hardware, software, and network troubleshooting support.
- Assist users with AI productivity tools and access permissions.
- Maintain service desk tickets and document solutions in the knowledge base.
- Install software and drivers on staff and classroom devices.
- Document assets and inventory accurately.
