Job summary

Sacred Heart Schools seeks an IT Technician to provide frontline technology support across the campus, ensuring faculty, staff, and students have reliable access to classroom systems. Responsibilities include deploying Windows devices, supporting Microsoft 365 apps, and maintaining classroom touch panels and AV equipment.

The role requires a degree or technical certification, 1–2 years IT support experience, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree or technical certification.
• 2+ years IT support experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of Windows 11 and Microsoft 365.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace and basic network concepts.
• Experience in a school environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person and remote device support for faculty, staff, and students.
• Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot Windows devices.
• Support Microsoft 365 apps including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Word/Excel/PowerPoint.
• Assist with classroom touch panels and instructional technology.
• Perform basic wired/wireless network troubleshooting and device inventory.
