Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform computer imaging, staging, and installation.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Repair or replace damaged hardware.
• Reconfigure computers to support compatible software.
• Manage IT assets and inventory control.
• Assist with onboarding student and staff email and accounts.
• Assist with help desk calls, room scheduling, and IT tickets.
• Purchase IT supplies per policy.
• Comply with Dixie Tech policies and procedures.
• Reports to the Campus IT Manager.
