Qualifications

• Strong legal billing experience with hands-on Aderant proficiency.
• Experience supervising or leading a billing team preferred.
• Experience with eBilling, BillBlast, and LEDES 1998B files.
• Ability to train colleagues and troubleshoot billing workflow questions.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned legal billing work accurately and independently.
• Provide day-to-day guidance and support to billing team members.
• Help train colleagues on Aderant and resolve billing workflow questions.
• Prepare, review, and process client bills according to client requirements.
• Support electronic billing workflows such as BillBlast and LEDES 1998B.
