Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking a dependable, welcoming Full-Time Receptionist to join our team in a temporary-to-hire capacity. You will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees while ensuring daily administrative tasks run smoothly. The role offers a pathway to a permanent, full-time position based on performance during the trial period.

The position pays $17-$19 per hour, with first shift from 8 AM to 5 PM. Education required is a High School diploma.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in receptionist or similar role.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients, visitors, and vendors warmly and direct them to the appropriate contact or room.
• Answer, screen, and route multi-line calls; take accurate messages.
• Sort and distribute daily mail, packages, and courier deliveries; prepare outgoing shipments.
• Maintain a clean, organized reception area, lobby, and breakrooms.
• Assist departments with clerical duties including data entry, filing, scanning, calendar scheduling.
• Monitor office supplies and place order requests as needed.
