Job summary

Collectors is seeking a temp-to-hire Customer Relations Specialist III to join the PSA Customer Relations team in Santa Ana, CA. You will work full-time onsite, Monday through Friday, 2:30pm-11pm, reporting to the Customer Relations Supervisor.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of customer relations experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and a detail-oriented, empathetic approach to de-escalating issues and delivering resolutions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant customer relations experience required.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Detail-oriented problem-solver with ability to de-escalate customer situations.

Responsibilities

• Exercise discretion and sound judgment when engaging with internal and external parties.
• Collaborate with Operations to find appropriate solutions for customer responses.
• Provide accurate information by using department protocols to our customers.
• Resolve queries by clarifying the issue and determining the best solution to solve the problem.
• Maintain accounts by processing customer adjustments.
• Continuously update department spreadsheet of incoming orders.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the lead or supervisor.
