Collectors Universe, Inc. is seeking a temp-to-hire Customer Relations Specialist to join the PSA Customer Relations team in Santa Ana, CA. You will handle customer inquiries, resolutions, and claims with professionalism in a 3pm-11:30pm on-site schedule.

The role requires a High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred) and 1+ year of customer relations experience. Strong problem-solving, excellent communication and active listening are essential.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of strong customer relations skills within a customer service environment.
• Experience handling customer resolutions, processing and investigating claims, shipping and handling.
• Detail-oriented problem-solver with ability to de-escalate customer-related situations and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Exercise discretion and sound judgment when engaging with all parties.
• Collaborate with Operations to find solutions for customer responses.
• Provide accurate information using department protocols.
• Resolve queries by clarifying the issue and determining best solutions.
• Maintain accounts by processing customer adjustments.
• Update department spreadsheet with incoming orders.
• Escalate unresolved issues to lead/supervisor.
