Collectors Universe, Inc. is seeking a temp-to-hire Customer Relations Specialist III to join our PSA Customer Relations team in Santa Ana, CA. The role is full-time and onsite, working 2:30pm–11pm, Monday through Friday.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in customer relations, strong communication, and problem-solving skills. You will handle inquiries, investigate claims, process adjustments, and collaborate with Operations to deliver solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• 3+ years of relevant customer relations experience.
• Excellent communication and listening skills with empathetic tone.

Responsibilities

• Exercise discretion and sound judgment when engaging with all parties internally and externally.
• Collaborates with Operations and other departments to find solutions for customer responses.
• Provides accurate information by using department protocols to customers.
• Resolves queries by clarifying the customer issue, determining cause, and explaining the best solution.
• Maintains accounts by processing customer adjustments.
• Continuously updates department spreadsheet of incoming orders.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate lead/supervisor.
