Job summary

Collectors Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Customer Relations Representative for our Santa Ana, CA office. This temp-to-hire role focuses on PSA-related customer interactions, resolving inquiries, and processing resolutions with accuracy and care.

The on-site position runs Monday through Friday, 2:30pm–11pm. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in customer relations, excellent communication, and empathy, with proficiency in Google Workspace; Salesforce is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of relevant customer relations experience.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Excellent listening skills and an empathetic voice and manner.
• Organized, detail oriented with strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Exercise discretion and sound judgment in engaging with internal and external parties.
• Collaborates with Operations and other departments to find solutions for customer responses.
• Provides accurate information using department protocols to customers.
• Resolves queries by clarifying issues and determining best solutions.
• Maintains accounts by processing customer adjustments.
• Continuously updates department spreadsheet of incoming orders.
• Escalates unresolved issues to the lead/supervisor.
