Job summary

SageNet is seeking a Temporary Tier 2 NOC Associate for its Tulsa, OK office. The role starts with three weeks of training (Mon-Fri, 8:00-17:00 CST) and then shifts to Tue-Sat, 11:00-20:00 CST.

You will monitor networks, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with internal teams to restore services in a 24/7/365 NOC environment. Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in NOC or help desk, strong TCP/IP/DNS knowledge, excellent customer service, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of 24/7 NOC or network support experience.
• Proficient with PC and laptop software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Understanding of common internet networking protocols including TCP/IP and DNS.

Responsibilities

• Proactively monitor customer networks and identify service-impacting events.
• Troubleshoot connectivity issues across various networking hardware and environments.
• Document requests and troubleshooting steps in the ticketing system.
• Escalate complex issues to Tier 3 when needed and coordinate with teams/vendors.
• Provide courteous, professional customer service and clear status updates.
• Maintain knowledge of SageNet products, services, and network environments.
