Job summary

BMG Sync Licensing Administration is seeking a TEMP Sr. Coordinator to support the preparation, issuance, and closure of sync licensing and payment processes from New York.

This role involves data maintenance, license issuance, collections, and coordination with finance and legal teams in a fast-paced environment. The position emphasizes accurate data handling, timely invoicing, and collaboration across departments.

Qualifications

• Experience in synchronization licensing, including local market practices.
• Familiar with license issuance processes and handling revision requests.
• Understanding of copyright laws and local societies.
• Existing relationships with local sync clients.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work with high-profile clients and teams.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy of confirmed sync license data and prepare license entries for issuance in a timely fashion.
• Follow up on sync license fee payments and handle vendor forms/POs as needed.
• Obtain fully executed licenses to close entries and ensure documentation is accessible.
• Assist in additional admin tasks: income tracking, collections, and clearance support.
• License handling via weekly licensing assignments.
• Foster a collaborative and motivated work environment.
• Issue licenses/amendments/invoices accurately from quote to license.
• Respond to licensees’ revision requests promptly and thoroughly.
• Support template language updates with legal and business affairs.
