BMG Sync Licensing in Los Angeles is seeking a temporary Licensing Administrator to handle inbound synchronization requests across multiple media. You will assist with data maintenance, license issuance, and payment processing, working closely with legal and finance teams to ensure timely closures and accurate documentation.

The role emphasizes admin support, data integrity, and cross‑department collaboration in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience in synchronization licensing field.
• Knowledge of license issuance process and handling complex legal language.
• Understanding of copyright laws and local societies.
• Existing network with local sync clients.
• Great communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle high-pressure client situations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy of sync license data and prepare license entries for issuance.
• Track and follow up on license fee payments; coordinate vendor forms/POs.
• Obtain fully-executed licenses to close entries and ensure documentation is accessible.
• Support in accounts receivable, income tracking, and collections as needed.
• Collaborate with Clearance/Negotiation to ensure aligned language.
• Liaise with Finance and Direct Lead on licenses, invoices and trends.
