Job summary

Simplicity Group is seeking a Senior Licensing & Contracting Specialist to manage advanced licensing and contracting for advisors and sales consultants. You will maintain carrier relationships, oversee workflows, and mentor team members while delivering best-in-class service to internal and external partners.

Based in an office setting with potential remote consideration; the role reports to the Manager, Operations and works within the Operations department.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of contracting and licensing experience with an IMO/BGA, or insurance company.
• Experience with SureLC.
• Strong computer skills, comfortable working in a paperless environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Experience with G Suite and Salesforce preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain advanced licensing/contracting for advisors and sales consultants.
• Mentor team members and serve as escalation point for L&C issues.
• Resolve routine licensing and contracting service issues and ensure timely processing.
