Job summary

BMG Rights Management (US) LLC in Los Angeles is seeking a TEMP Sr. Coordinator, Sync Licensing Administration to support fast-paced licensing workflows in a hybrid setting. You will handle data accuracy, license issuance, invoicing, and payments across film, TV, ads, and games.

In this temporary role, you’ll collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Clearance teams, manage vendor forms and receipts, and help ensure timely closure of license entries while keeping all records accessible in BMG systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in synchronization licensing and local market practices.
• Experience with license issuance and negotiating license revisions.
• Knowledge of copyright law and local societies.
• Established relationships with local sync clients.
• Excellent communication and information management skills.
• Ability to handle high-profile clients.
• Strong organization and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy of sync license data and prepare license entries.
• Diligent receivables/collections and follow-up on payments.
• Execute licenses and secure fully executed licenses.
• Handle accounts receivable, collections, vendor forms, invoices.
• License handling via weekly licensing assignments.
• Foster collaborative, motivated working environment.
• Issue licenses/amendments and invoices with accurate data.
• Respond to revision requests promptly and effectively.
• Liaise with Legal and Direct Lead on template language.
• Follow up with Finance on past-due receivables.
• Obtain executed license agreements and close entries.
• Report trends and progress to Direct Lead.
• Collaborate with Clearance/Negotiation to ensure language aligns.
