Job summary

Dorman Products is seeking a motivated Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team on a temporary basis at our Portland, TN distribution center. You will handle full-cycle recruiting for hourly roles, from sourcing to onboarding, supporting the team in a fast-growth environment.

Responsibilities include building candidate pipelines, coordinating interviews, and guiding candidates through the process while ensuring compliance and a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, Human Resources preferred, or equivalent experience may be considered.
• 3+ years of experience in full cycle recruiting; both hourly and salaried roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates using recruiting best practices and various sourcing strategies.
• Develop recruiting materials designed to attract qualified candidates.
• Prepare requisitions in partnership with Compensation team and obtain approvals.
• Coordinate a structured interview process from screening to offer.
• Manage background checks, drug screening, and pre-employment testing.
• Make employment recommendations and extend offers.
• Report on recruiting activity and trends and recommend improvements.
