Job summary

Dorman Products is seeking a motivated Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team on a temporary basis at our Portland, TN distribution center. You will handle full-cycle recruiting for hourly roles, from sourcing to onboarding, supporting the team in a fast-growth environment.

Responsibilities include building candidate pipelines, coordinating interviews, and guiding candidates through the process while ensuring compliance and a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, Human Resources preferred, or equivalent experience may be considered.
• 3+ years of experience in full cycle recruiting; both hourly and salaried roles preferred.

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and driven recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team on a temporary basis. As part of the Talent Acquisition team, you will work alongside a team of Recruiters, HRBPs, and Hiring Managers to understand and support Dorman Products' growing operations at our distribution center in Portland, TN. You will be involved in full cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, selection and onboarding for hourly roles primarily.

This temporary assignment is 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.

Primary Duties

• Source candidates utilizing recruitment best practices, incorporateuse of current sourcing strategies including optimization of Search Engines, Social Networks, Recruiting Research, Candidate Generation, Candidate Experience and Relationship Management.
• Develop recruiting materials designed to attract qualified candidates.
• Prepare requisitions in partnership with Compensation team and obtain necessary approvals to begin recruiting process.
• Coordinate a structured interview process to ensure candidates are interviewed, assessments are completed, and candidates are worked through hiring process.
• Manage support processes for Talent Acquisition: background checks, drug screening, and pre-employment testing, and otherhiring related administrative processes.
• Make employment recommendations and compile employment offers.
• Effectively extend offers, manage expectations, overcome objections, and close candidates.
• Responsible for reporting on recruiting activity, conducting trend analysis, and making recommendations for change.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Solid knowledge and experience with behavioral interviewing.
• Strong business acumen and negotiation skills that preserve relationships.
