Job summary

Dorman Products is seeking a motivated and driven individual to join our Talent Acquisition team on a temporary basis. Based at our distribution center in Portland, this hybrid role is 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, supporting manufacturing and operations.

You will partner with recruiters, HRBPs, and hiring managers to source top talent, manage the interview process, background checks, and offers, while tracking recruiting metrics and contributing to process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience sourcing candidates via social networks and modern methods.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies.
• Source candidates using diverse recruiting channels.
• Develop recruiting materials to attract qualified candidates.
• Coordinate interview processes and assessments.
• Manage background checks, drug screening, and pre-employment testing.
• Extend offers and facilitate acceptance.
• Report recruiting activity and trends.
• Support process improvements to increase candidate flow.
