Job summary

M-D Building Products is seeking a Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment for corporate and hourly roles, building a strong pipeline and ensuring timely hires across the organization.

The ideal candidate will source via job boards, social media, referrals and networking events, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and partner with HR to onboard new hires while maintaining compliance with employment laws.

Qualifications

• Experience in full-cycle recruitment for corporate and hourly roles.
• Strong sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills.
• Knowledge of employment laws and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for corporate and hourly roles, including postings, sourcing, interviewing, and offers.
• Source diverse candidate pools via job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events.
• Screen candidates, coordinate interviews with hiring managers, and assess fit and qualifications.
• Build and maintain a pipeline for current and future openings, especially high-volume hourly roles.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create effective strategies.
• Ensure recruitment activities comply with laws and maintain documentation.
• Support onboarding with HR for smooth new-hire integration.
• Promote the company brand at events and career fairs.
• Track metrics like time-to-fill and cost-per-hire to improve processes.
• Stay informed on industry trends and best practices and propose improvements.
