Job summary

Divergent is seeking a hands-on Recruiter for non-exempt hiring in Torrance, CA. You will own end-to-end recruitment for hourly and technician roles across production and manufacturing, building robust pipelines and partnering with operations leaders to meet high-volume hiring goals.

The role emphasizes speed and candidate quality in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Expect to manage multiple requisitions and coordinate high-volume interviewing while ensuring a positive candidate

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for hourly, non-exempt roles.
• Experience proactively sourcing candidates.
• Experience using an ATS; Greenhouse preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for non-exempt and hourly positions across production and manufacturing operations.
• Coordinate hiring events, onsite interviews, and high-volume recruiting initiatives.
• Build pipelines for high-volume and recurring positions.
• Maintain accurate candidate activity and recruiting data in the ATS.
