Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to define staffing needs, promote our brand at career events, and ensure compliant, efficient hiring processes across the organization.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience including corporate and hourly roles.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, candidate assessment, and employer branding.
• Experience with ATS and HRIS systems; excellent communication and organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for corporate and hourly roles, including postings, sourcing, interviewing, and offers.
• Source diverse candidate pools via job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events.
• Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and assess fit with company values.
• Develop and maintain a candidate pipeline for current and future openings, especially high-volume hourly roles.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define needs and create effective recruitment strategies.
