Job summary

Asset Living in Springfield, Missouri is seeking a Turn Help to assist with maintenance processes including corrective and preventative maintenance. This temporary position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with some experience preferred. The salary range is $15 per hour, accompanied by a comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform all onsite software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Experience in the housing industry preferred.
• Knowledge of OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the maintenance processes, including cleaning and trash removal.
• Respond to resident requests and work orders timely.
• Inspect the property to identify and minimize hazardous conditions.
